| We sat down with Nirvana Smith, Director of Education, and asked her a few questions about ScribeStudio. |
| Q: What were you trying to achieve when you originally looked for a product like ScribeStudio...what was the vision? |
| A: The goal was to have a place where students can log into and take their exams instead of having to come to class and take it and to avoid having a staff member sit there and grade exams for hours. We wanted to automate the test taking process as much as possible. |
| Q: How did you find ScribeStudio? |
| A: One of our employees, Jesse, told me about it. |
| Q: How does it fit into your business? |
| A: It makes my life much easier as the Director of Education to not have to worry about exams being graded and handed out, etc... it saves on staff time. Students get immediate results and we are notified right away. If a student fails a test, we can reset it and have them take it again. |
| Q: How do you and your customers like it? |
| A: We are loving it, especially with the amount of help that you have provided to us, we appreciate it so much. |
